Hi Everyone, This club is for all those members who whine and whine about being over weight but dont do anything about it. So we will do something about it! Starting now! This isn't a place where rules are thrown at you. Rather just a place to touch base with your goals, both short term and long term. That said, here's how we'll do this. Every member must try to make a conscious effort to do some sort of movement/excersize//workout every single day! No matter how little, even if its taking the stairs at work vs the elevator. Each member will log what they did in whatever capacity they are comfortable. Members should try to log on atleast once daily. Ready? Get set! GO!!!! |
